Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Engineering & Service Senior Manager to spearhead our Engineering Department and oversee all after-sales operations. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the seamless integration of technical service, parts sales, and contract management, ensuring that our HVAC, kitchen, and laundry equipment solutions meet the highest standards of performance. You will act as a primary liaison between customers and suppliers, driving revenue through strategic forecasting and negotiation while maintaining rigorous oversight of credit, collections, and departmental personnel

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Organize, plan, and coordinate all after-sales activities within the department.
  • Commercial Strategy: Prepare parts sales forecasts and review costing and selling prices to maximize contributions and win biddings.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and finalization of service contracts and sales agreements.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage credit and collection activities to ensure that accounts receivables (ARs) are paid on time.
  • Technical Supervision: Work closely with customer engineers until major equipment is successfully installed and commissioned.
  • Reporting: Update management on escalated service activities and assist in long-range planning and report preparation.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and assign enough qualified personnel to meet customer service requests.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of Engineering, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of managerial experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management.
  • Product Knowledge: Proficient in kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and air-conditioning systems.
  • Business Skills: Experienced in after-sales service, parts sales, inventory forecasting, and contract negotiation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Software: High proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
