Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Supervisor to lead our Davao-based operations and drive the achievement of group sales targets. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Sales, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a team of Sales Engineers, from recruitment and training to the execution of high-level sales strategies. The ideal candidate will combine local market expertise with strong organizational skills to develop operating plans that ensure the department remains profitable while maintaining excellent relations with both customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop operating plans and objectives that align with company sales strategies and targets.
  • Profitability Management: Organize and plan sales strategies to generate targeted volume while ensuring the department operates profitably.
  • Pricing & Bidding: Review selling prices to maximize contribution and successfully win biddings.
  • Marketing Oversight: Oversee promotional and advertising activities as part of the group's sales program.
  • Public Relations: Communicate with and maintain sound professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, assign, and ensure the adequate training of sales personnel to cover existing and potential market segments.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work with other departments to manage and solve credit and collection problems.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
  • Managerial Experience: At least 5 years of experience specifically as a Sales Supervisor.
  • Industry Expertise: Preferable sales experience in kitchen equipment, laundry machines, or water filtration.
  • Core Competencies: Goal-oriented with proven strategic planning and organizing skills.
