This role is responsible for driving the organizations content strategy and marketing initiatives. This role provides leadership to the content and multimedia team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards. It requires strong emotional intelligence to mentor and guide a predominantly young team through constructive feedback and collaborative management.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and oversee the companys content strategy across digital and marketing channels.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and messaging.
People Management & Team Development:
- Provide mentorship, direction, and performance guidance to team members.
- Deliver constructive feedback to support team growth.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for all staff.
Tools & Innovation:
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, ideation, performance analysis, and workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in content management, marketing, or a related leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading and managing creative or marketing teams.
- Comfortable and proactive in using AI-driven tools for content and marketing processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
