Work Setup: Monday to Friday; Dayshift (2x onsite, 3x wfh)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen client relationships by identifying opportunities for new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with creative, project, and operations teams to develop event concepts, proposals, and end-to-end execution plans.
  • Oversee project progress by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business and service enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in account management, client relations, events, or the creative industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client partnerships.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities in handling several projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, creative, and solutions-driven professional with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
