Summary
Leads the People & Culture function across multiple brands, aligning HR strategy with business objectives to drive talent excellence, strong culture, compliance, and a positive employee experience that supports sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational vision, values, and growth plans.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
- Oversee employee relations, labor compliance, and HR governance.
- Manage compensation, benefits, job architecture, and HR operations.
- Champion culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership on organization design and key business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, or related field; Masters preferred.
- 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-site environments.
- Strong expertise in labor relations, organizational development, and talent management.
- Proven leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
