About the job Senior Marketing Strategist
The Senior Marketing Strategist is responsible for leading content strategy and overall marketing initiatives to support business growth and brand positioning. This role works closely with a co-manager (Content Lead), directly reports to the COO, and provides strategic direction to the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the development and execution of content and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align messaging, campaigns, and creative direction.
- Provide clear, constructive, and supportive feedback to team members to drive performance and growth.
- Review and approve content plans, campaigns, and marketing materials before release.
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and brand standards.
- Explore and utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and campaign performance.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide regular updates and insights to the COO.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing strategy, content strategy, or a similar role.
- Proven experience leading or managing marketing teams.
- Strong background in content planning, campaign execution, and brand strategy.
- Comfortable and open to using AI tools for content creation, analysis, or workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with younger or early-career team members is an advantage.
- With experience in F&B industry (a plus)
