Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Onsite: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand and product strategies by managing product portfolios, conducting market analysis, and aligning initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, public relations, social media, and in-store channels to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Maintain consistent brand presentation across retail locations by implementing visual merchandising standards and partnering with sales teams to optimize store performance.
- Establish and nurture relationships with influencers, business partners, and strategic collaborators to expand brand reach and market presence.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams, oversee marketing budgets, and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on schedule, and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a comparable role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and various social media platforms for marketing and communication activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across different teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent time management skills and a results-driven approach to achieving objective.
