The Senior HR Manager will lead core human resources functions with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and employer branding. This role is responsible for ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality talent, particularly for commercial and broker-facing roles, while maintaining a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
The role works closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, acting as a strategic partner across workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical and revenue-generating roles, including broker-facing and commercial positions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure continuous talent pipeline and hiring readiness
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align hiring plans accordingly
- Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and quality of hires
Employer Branding
- Lead employer branding initiatives within HR to strengthen talent attraction and candidate engagement
- Develop and promote the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with hiring needs
- Ensure consistent and compelling candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints
- Support talent marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders to position the organization as an employer of choice
Employee Relations & HR Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies
- Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive work culture
Performance Management & Organizational Support
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks
- Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
- Partner with leadership in addressing performance issues and succession planning
HR Operations & Process Improvement
- Oversee delivery of HR policies, systems, and programs to ensure operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance overall employee experience
- Utilize HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment and employee relations
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or property-related roles is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive HR initiatives
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
