The Sales Account Executive will focus on managing and growing existing client accounts while supporting new business generation. The role ensures smooth onboarding, service coordination, and consistent revenue contribution from assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate closely with operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth implementation of services.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor client utilization and billing accuracy.
- Provide regular account updates and performance reports.
- Address client concerns and coordinate resolutions promptly.
- Support revenue target achievement for the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years experience in account management, sales, or logistics coordination.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good follow-through.
- Willing to travel within assigned territory.
