Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the team, setting clear priorities aligned with evolving business needs and driving a high-performance culture.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer agreements, ensuring timely receipt, accurate review, proper documentation, and compliance with pricing and governance standards.
- Ensure financial accuracy by overseeing accruals, provisions, payments, reconciliations, and preparation of balance sheet accounts in line with internal controls.
- Partner with cross-functional and global stakeholders to align contract processes with business objectives and drive consistent best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging SAP, advanced Excel, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in contract management or related financial operations.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
- Strong accounting background
- Experience working with global stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives.
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
