Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the team, setting clear priorities aligned with evolving business needs and driving a high-performance culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer agreements, ensuring timely receipt, accurate review, proper documentation, and compliance with pricing and governance standards.
  • Ensure financial accuracy by overseeing accruals, provisions, payments, reconciliations, and preparation of balance sheet accounts in line with internal controls.
  • Partner with cross-functional and global stakeholders to align contract processes with business objectives and drive consistent best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging SAP, advanced Excel, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management or related financial operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
  • Strong accounting background
  • Experience working with global stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives.
  • Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
