Work Setup: Monday to Friday - Full Onsite, Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the end-to-end Record to Report process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance R2R efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare financial analysis and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Record to Report, accounting, or finance operations.
- Experience working with global stakeholders or international clients.
- Strong understanding of general ledger, account reconciliation, and financial closing processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work full onsite.
