Accounting Manager (Urgent)

We are looking for a seasoned Accounting Manager to oversee and ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our financial operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive accounting and tax experience, capable of providing valuable insights to guide business decisions and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and review recorded transactions in disbursement slips, receipt slips, transfer slips, billing confirmation, GR confirmation, and GI confirmation to ensure accuracy and validity.
• Develop effective monitoring tools to ensure all tax and regulatory compliances are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on time, avoiding unnecessary penalties.
• Provide timely, relevant financial information to management for assessment of current business status and strategic planning.
• Manage and support accounting, tax, and treasury operations.
• Provide support to affiliate companies on accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance as needed.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Philippine business regulations (SEC, BIR, DOLE, BOC, PEZA, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 15 years of experience in accounting and tax.
• Bachelors degree in Accountancy.
