Key Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise-level leadership and direction across multiple business units, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
  • Define and execute strategies that align with long-term corporate objectives, leveraging innovation and market insights to drive growth.
  • Oversee P&L management, operational performance, and resource optimization across diverse functions.
  • Champion customer-centric innovations, digital integration, and partnership opportunities that enhance business value.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire senior leaders and teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale organizations, with 7+ years in a senior executive role overseeing multi-unit operations.
  • Proven track record in P&L management, strategic execution, and driving efficiency in high-volume, service-driven industries.
  • Strong expertise in business growth, transformation, and customer engagement strategies.
