Key Responsibilities:
- Write and optimize SQL queries (Structured Query Language) and work with Google Cloud BigQuery to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Apply programming knowledge in Python and R for statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Utilize Excel for advanced data manipulation, reporting, and analysis.
- Work with ETL processes and tools to extract, transform, and load data for integration across multiple systems.
- Build segmentation models to identify customer groups and evaluate campaign performance.
- Synthesize and summarize large datasets into actionable insights, reports, and dashboards for business teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategy and decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in SQL coding and Google Cloud BigQuery (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Python, R, and Microsoft Excel for analytics.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of segmentation models and marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Open to full onsite work and night shift schedule.
