The Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store while driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading the sales team toward achieving business objectives. This role combines strong leadership with hands-on sales expertise, particularly in technology products such as laptops, computers, and related accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Business Performance
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to consistently achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and improve conversion rates.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives by promoting complementary products and services.
Customer Experience
- Assist customers in identifying the most suitable laptops, computers, peripherals, and technology solutions based on their needs and budget.
- Ensure customers receive accurate product information, demonstrations, and recommendations.
- Resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Team Supervision & Development
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to improve employee performance.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members, particularly on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Store Operations & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product displays, and store cleanliness to maximize customer engagement.
- Oversee Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions and ensure accuracy in sales processing and cash handling.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, Sales Lead, or similar leadership role.
- Experience in retail sales is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of technology products, particularly laptops, desktop computers, computer peripherals, and accessories.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management processes.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
