Construction Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee the execution of a greenfield FMCG facility project. This role will serve as the primary decision-maker on-site, ensuring safe, timely, and quality delivery of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, acting as the primary authority for daily operations.
• Supervise and direct all site personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and support staff.
• Ensure construction works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee strict compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and FMCG construction standards.
• Implement and maintain a safety-first culture across the site.
• Report progress, risks, and key updates to the Engineering Lead.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
• Minimum 10 years experience in construction management, with a proven track record in large-scale industrial or FMCG facility projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to lead diverse on-site teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in greenfield projects (from groundbreaking to commissioning).
• Exceptional knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory frameworks.
