Work Setup: Full Onsite | Monday to Friday, Day shift schedule
Location: Calamba, Laguna
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SPHR, CHRP) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong track record in managing labor relations and navigating complex unionized environments.
- Extensive experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or similarly structured industries.
- Demonstrated capability in overseeing large-scale HR operations, with responsibility for a workforce of 1,000+ FTEs.
- Deep expertise in Philippine labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated success in leading collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations, union engagement strategies, and conflict resolution.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication, organizational development, and change management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction across all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, organizational development, and legal compliance.
- Serve as the companys primary lead in managing labor union relations, including CBA negotiations, grievance resolution, and fostering constructive union partnerships.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, regulatory standards, and internal HR policies; serve as the key liaison in labor-related audits and government inspections (e.g., DOLE, NLRC).
- Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, succession management, and organizational transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze HR data and workforce trends to develop actionable insights that improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Champion a high-performance culture by promoting employee engagement, driving leadership development, and ensuring effective change management practices.
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and systems to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on sensitive employee matters, legal risks, and strategic workforce decisions.
