Role Overview
The Associate Director for Culture & Engagement is responsible for leading the development and execution of organization-wide culture and employee engagement strategies that strengthen employee experience and reinforce organizational values. This role drives initiatives across the employee lifecycle, while ensuring alignment between culture initiatives, internal communication, and business priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to employee engagement, organizational culture, leadership development, learning and development, or organizational effectiveness.
  • With minimum 5 to 7 years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level culture and engagement initiatives within large or complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive HR and organizational initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement strategy, culture transformation initiatives, employee experience design, and engagement survey analytics.
  • Experience in HR communications and stakeholder engagement to support organization-wide initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and translate insights into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

Culture & Engagement Strategy

  • Lead the design and implementation of organization-wide culture and engagement initiatives aligned with strategic priorities and core values.
  • Develop programs that enhance employee experience and strengthen organizational culture across departments.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to embed culture priorities into day-to-day operations and leadership practices.

Employee Insights & Engagement Analytics

  • Manage employee engagement measurement initiatives including engagement surveys and other listening channels.
  • Analyze engagement data and translate insights into actionable improvement plans in partnership with HR Business Partners and leadership teams.
  • Track engagement trends and recommend initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

HR Communications for Culture & Engagement

  • Oversee internal HR communications supporting culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent and clear messaging around culture programs, engagement campaigns, and employee initiatives.
  • Partner with internal communications and employer branding teams to align messaging and communication channels.

Employee Onboarding & Assimilation

  • Design and oversee enterprise onboarding frameworks that support effective integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Strengthen early employee engagement by ensuring onboarding experiences reinforce culture and organizational values.

Early Talent Experience

  • Lead the engagement and experience components of early talent initiatives, including internship and graduate programs.
  • Ensure early career programs contribute to employee engagement and alignment with organizational culture.

Culture Transformation Initiatives

  • Lead initiatives that support organizational culture transformation and reinforce desired behaviors and values.
  • Facilitate culture-focused campaigns and programs that promote employee participation and cultural alignment.

Employee Engagement Programs

  • Oversee enterprise engagement activities such as town halls, employee events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure programs reinforce organizational culture and foster stronger employee connection and engagement.

Employee Experience Insights

  • Establish and maintain employee listening channels and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide engagement insights and strategic recommendations to HR leadership and senior management to support continuous improvement in employee experience.
