Credit Manager | Shared Services | Competitive Pay!

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift, Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the credit management team, tracking performance through KPIs and metrics.
  
• Act as the escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk credit issues.
  
• Conduct credit assessments and ongoing reviews for new and existing customers, setting and managing credit limits.
  
• Evaluate the financial health and creditworthiness of clients to minimize exposure to risk.
  
• Recommend and implement action plans to enhance credit processes, collections, and risk management.
  
• Maintain and regularly update process flows, SOPs, and desk instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a high-performing and accountable team.
  
• Ensure adherence to credit policies, collection best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
• 5–7 years experience in credit management or related finance functions
  
• Proven experience managing and developing a team
  
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
  
• Experience working with global stakeholders
  
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, risk assessment, and collections practices
  
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
