Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of brand, marketing, and content strategies aligned with business objectives

Collaborate closely with senior marketing and content leaders to translate strategy into actionable campaigns and content plans

Contribute to brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign concepts across digital and marketing channels

Assist in guiding content direction to ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and overall brand identity

Provide strategic input during campaign planning, brainstorming, and review sessions

Help ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and customer-facing materials

Review marketing and content outputs and provide thoughtful feedback aligned with brand and campaign goals

Monitor campaign performance, analyze basic data and insights, and recommend optimizations to improve effectiveness

Stay informed on emerging marketing, branding, and consumer trends, including the use of AI-driven tools for planning, ideation, and analytics

Utilize modern marketing and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, creativity, and decision-making

Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support integrated marketing initiatives
Qualifications:

3–4 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, content strategy, or a related role

Foundational understanding of brand positioning, content planning, and integrated marketing campaigns

Experience working with digital marketing and social media platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data

Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, analytics, or workflow support

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
