Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of brand, marketing, and content strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with senior marketing and content leaders to translate strategy into actionable campaigns and content plans
  • Contribute to brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign concepts across digital and marketing channels
  • Assist in guiding content direction to ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and overall brand identity
  • Provide strategic input during campaign planning, brainstorming, and review sessions
  • Help ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and customer-facing materials
  • Review marketing and content outputs and provide thoughtful feedback aligned with brand and campaign goals
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze basic data and insights, and recommend optimizations to improve effectiveness
  • Stay informed on emerging marketing, branding, and consumer trends, including the use of AI-driven tools for planning, ideation, and analytics
  • Utilize modern marketing and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, creativity, and decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support integrated marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 3–4 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, content strategy, or a related role
  • Foundational understanding of brand positioning, content planning, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, analytics, or workflow support
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a strategic marketing career
