Job Description:
The Media Lead will manage digital media strategy, planning, and buying for retail-focused campaigns. This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Search, and other platforms
  • Lead campaign performance during major sales events (e.g., 10.10, 11.11, brand sales)
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve ROI and business performance

  • Coordinate with creative, brand, and commercial teams for campaign alignment

  • Manage seller center accounts and oversee real-time ad operations

  • Lead strategy and performance discussions with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Mentor and guide junior media team members

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in Meta, TikTok, Search, and analytics tools

  • Experience handling retail or brand accounts preferred

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven experience managing high-impact, results-driven campaigns
