Job Description:
The Media Lead will manage digital media strategy, planning, and buying for retail-focused campaigns. This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Search, and other platforms
- Lead campaign performance during major sales events (e.g., 10.10, 11.11, brand sales)
Analyze data and provide insights to improve ROI and business performance
Coordinate with creative, brand, and commercial teams for campaign alignment
Manage seller center accounts and oversee real-time ad operations
Lead strategy and performance discussions with clients and internal stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior media team members
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and performance marketing
Strong expertise in Meta, TikTok, Search, and analytics tools
Experience handling retail or brand accounts preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience managing high-impact, results-driven campaigns
