Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting premium products to existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts, fostering long-term client partnerships and repeat business.
  • Deliver personalized service and expert product recommendations tailored to each clients preferences.
  • Provide comprehensive product information, emphasizing features, benefits, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
  • Address client concerns or inquiries promptly to ensure a positive and lasting customer experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the luxury sector.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and exhibitions to strengthen market presence.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Exposure to the luxury, apparel, or accessories industries is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-value clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
