Role Overview:
Responsible for driving category strategies, product development, and growth initiatives. This role focuses on both existing and new products, ensuring differentiation and market relevance in the assigned category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned product lines and oversee category performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive innovation and growth.
• Plan and implement trade marketing and category development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proven track record in strategy, product innovation, and category management.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to drive initiatives independently.
