Credit Specialist | Shared Services

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift; Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and review customer creditworthiness, ensuring credit limits and terms are aligned with company policies and risk appetite
• Monitor customer accounts to identify credit risks, overdue balances, and potential exposure, taking appropriate actions to mitigate risk
• Collaborate with Collections and Accounts Receivable teams to support timely resolution of overdue accounts and improve cash flow performance
• Evaluate, process, and recommend adjustments to credit limits and terms based on financial analysis and customer behavior
• Support credit reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls and audit standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit or Credit Management
• Experience working with global stakeholders in a shared services or multinational environment
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
