Position Overview
The Head of Office Leasing will lead the strategic planning, execution, and performance of the office leasing portfolio across all commercial assets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through optimal occupancy, long-term tenant partnerships, and strong market positioning. The role also plays a critical part in expanding the leasing footprint while leading and developing a high-performing leasing team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field; a Masters degree is an advantage.
- At least 10–15 years of experience in leasing, specifically handling commercial office portfolio, with 5+ years in a leadership or executive role.
- Must have experience managing large-scale office portfolios of at least 185,000 SQM.
- Proven track record managing commercial leasing operations across a portfolio of office assets.
- Strong industry network with corporate occupiers, brokers, and commercial real estate partners.
- Deep understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics, leasing strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall office leasing strategy across all operating assets and upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on asset positioning, pricing strategies, and market competitiveness.
- Provide market intelligence, demand analysis, and competitor insights to support leasing and investment decisions.
- Ensure leasing strategies are aligned with financial targets, portfolio performance, and long-term growth objectives.
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and secure high-value tenants, corporate occupiers, and strategic clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, corporate tenants, and key industry partners.
- Lead negotiations for major lease transactions, including anchor tenants and long-term agreements.
- Represent the organization in industry events, leasing forums, and business networking activities.
Portfolio Management
- Oversee leasing performance across the office portfolio to ensure optimal occupancy and rental yield.
- Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and tenant retention initiatives.
- Work closely with asset management and property management teams to ensure a seamless tenant experience.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leasing managers and officers.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to support the rollout of new inventory.
- Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
