Record to Report (RTR) Sr. Manager | Shared Services | Competitive Pay!

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift, Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle, including general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Supervise the preparation, review, and validation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Maintain adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
• Work closely with global teams and internal stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines and support business decision-making
• Provide documentation and assistance for internal and external audits
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen controls
• Generate, analyze, and present financial reports leveraging SAP and advanced Excel tools
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team, promoting high performance and professional growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification is required
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in end-to-end RTR or accounting operations, preferably within a multinational or shared services environment
• Demonstrated experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
• Proven leadership capabilities, including team management and process improvement initiatives
