Sales Associate | Mall Kiosk & Retail Stores

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Associates for our Mall Kiosk and Retail Store locations in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate is confident in approaching customers, passionate about selling, and motivated by performance-based incentives.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to actively engage mall walk-in customers to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively approach and engage mall customers
• Promote and demonstrate products confidently
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain clean and organized kiosk/store displays
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and inventory monitoring
• Assist with restocking and daily sales reporting
• Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate
• Previous experience in mall retail, kiosk selling, or direct selling is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
• Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
• Sales-driven and target-oriented
