Accounting Manager (CPA/Non-CPA)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform end-to-end accounting operations for multiple entities
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, reporting, and reconciliations
• Review financial and management reports for accuracy and completeness
• Address complex accounting issues and operational challenges
• Supervise, guide, and develop accounting staff
• Work closely with accounting leadership and top management on financial matters

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy or a related field
• At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership exposure
• Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Proven experience handling multiple business units and entities
• Highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment
