Head of Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the Data Backbone roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize data initiatives that improve client experience and drive growth
• Build business cases, drive adoption, and ensure value realization of data products
• Lead Agile squads, ensuring consistent and efficient product delivery
• Standardize and manage KPIs to support accurate reporting and decision-making

Collaboration:
Work closely with business leaders (Sales, Marketing, Operations), IT, regional data teams, and transformation teams to enable data-driven outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, Python)
• Strong understanding of data modeling and business processes in insurance
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience; at least 5 years in a Product Owner or similar role
• Proven track record in delivering data-driven initiatives
• Experience with AWS, data lakes, and data warehouses
• Bachelors degree required; certifications (e.g., Agile, AWS) are a plus
