Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager who will lead all digital marketing, performance marketing, digital commerce, and retail media strategies for our business. This role will build and execute end-to-end media plans, manage content and social media programs, and ensure the use of the right digital tools to achieve strong business results. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing multiple digital platforms, leading cross-functional teams, and driving performance through data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead integrated digital marketing and media strategies across multiple platforms.
Manage digital commerce initiatives such as TikTok Shop and other online retail channels.
Oversee content creation, social media campaigns, and affiliate marketing programs.
Create end-to-end media plans that combine digital channels with selected above-the-line media.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using digital KPIs and analytics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong experience in integrated campaign development and digital media planning.
Background in e-commerce; experience in Retail or FMCG industries is a plus.
Deep understanding of digital KPIs, analytics, and performance measurement.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple digital platforms at the same time.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
