Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new employees
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, documentation, and compliance checks
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure effective company integration
  • Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding-related concerns
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and department heads to ensure readiness of new hires (equipment, access, schedules, etc.)
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate employee records
  • Continuously improve onboarding programs and employee experience
  • Ensure new hires are aligned with company culture, policies, and expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or employee engagement roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable handling multiple onboarding cases simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Experience using HRIS or onboarding systems is an advantage
