 Job Description:

Role Overview

As an Event Steward, you will play a key role in helping deliver smooth, enjoyable, and safe experiences at events including festivals, sports matches, concerts, exhibitions, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general assistance and crowd guidance throughout the venue or site
  • Monitor entry/exit points, queue lines, and general audience movement
  • Offer information, directions, and customer service to guests and attendees
  • Report incidents, lost items, or health/safety concerns to event supervisors
  • Support emergency evacuation or site safety procedures if required
  • Maintain a professional, approachable, and helpful attitude at all times

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Ability to stay alert and attentive during long shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service approach
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous experience in stewarding, security, or event support is preferred but not required
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
