Job Description:
Role Overview
As an Event Steward, you will play a key role in helping deliver smooth, enjoyable, and safe experiences at events including festivals, sports matches, concerts, exhibitions, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general assistance and crowd guidance throughout the venue or site
- Monitor entry/exit points, queue lines, and general audience movement
- Offer information, directions, and customer service to guests and attendees
- Report incidents, lost items, or health/safety concerns to event supervisors
- Support emergency evacuation or site safety procedures if required
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and helpful attitude at all times
Requirements
- A positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to stay alert and attentive during long shifts
- Strong interpersonal and customer service approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous experience in stewarding, security, or event support is preferred but not required
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
