Role Overview

As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional bar experience through creative mixology, excellent customer service, and a high level of professionalism.

You'll bring energy, flair, and a deep understanding of cocktail preparation to every shift, ensuring guests receive both quality drinks and memorable interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with speed, precision, and

consistency

Deliver excellent customer service and engage guests with enthusiasm and product knowledge

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards

Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment of bar supplies

Ensure correct setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service

Handle cash and card transactions accurately when required

Work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environments (e.g. events, bars, hotels)

Collaborate with bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service flow

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Cocktail Bartender or Bartender in the UK hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and customer service

techniques

Previous experience in premium venues, events, or high-end bars is highly desirable

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during busy service

Ideal Candidate Profile

Confident, well-spoken, and passionate about hospitality

Friendly, team-oriented, and highly professional in appearance and attitude

Excellent knowledge of spirits, mixers, and trending cocktail concepts

Flexible with shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and late finishes

Eligible to work in the UK and available to travel to Central London or Surrey
