Job Description:
Role Overview
As a Picker/Packer, you'll play a vital role in the smooth operation of warehouse logistics, ensuring products are correctly picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch or delivery with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items based on order sheets
- Prepare goods for dispatch by labelling, sealing, and boxing
- Check for damaged or missing items and report discrepancies
- Assist in inventory stock takes and organisation of warehouse shelves
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse environment
- Operate basic warehouse tools or equipment (training provided if needed)
- Work collaboratively with warehouse supervisors and other team members
Requirements
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or similar logistics role preferred
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Able to lift and move items of various sizes and weights
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible to work in the UK
