 Job Description:

Role Overview

As a Picker/Packer, you'll play a vital role in the smooth operation of warehouse logistics, ensuring products are correctly picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch or delivery with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack items based on order sheets
  • Prepare goods for dispatch by labelling, sealing, and boxing
  • Check for damaged or missing items and report discrepancies
  • Assist in inventory stock takes and organisation of warehouse shelves
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse environment
  • Operate basic warehouse tools or equipment (training provided if needed)
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse supervisors and other team members

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or similar logistics role preferred
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Able to lift and move items of various sizes and weights
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligible to work in the UK
