Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms and public areas. Your role will play a vital part in ensuring guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards
  • Replace linens, replenish guest amenities, and remove waste
  • Report any maintenance issues or lost property to supervisors
  • Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Adhere to health & safety and infection control guidelines at all times
  • Follow proper handling of chemicals and cleaning equipment
  • Ensure all cleaning checklists and housekeeping protocols are followed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in hotels is required
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting
  • Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK

(Training is mandatory and will be provided before placement)
