Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team at a Mediterranean restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and care.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and chef specifications, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring food safety standards are met at all times. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Mediterranean dishes including grilled meats, salads, and sauces
  • Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and equipment
  • Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory management as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members during service
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
