Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary General Laborer to assist with various production and construction-related tasks. The ideal candidate must be able to read and interpret patterns or blueprints, follow written and verbal instructions accurately, and safely operate hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties as assigned

• Read and interpret patterns, blueprints, and work orders

• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions

• Measure, cut, assemble, or modify materials according to specifications

• Safely operate hand tools and power tools

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures

• Assist team members and supervisors as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand patterns and blueprints

• Ability to follow instructions with accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience using hand tools and power tools

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a warehouse or construction environment
