Injection Mold Technician

Job Description:
Operates injection molding (IM) machines and performs assembly according to job orders and work instructions. Follows set-up guidelines, conducts quality checks, and participates in audits to ensure compliance with standards. Collaborates with quality and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Adheres to all safety protocols and performs additional duties as assigned.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
On-the-job training provided.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English with strong communication skills

• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

• Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to multi-task

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)

• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment

Physical Demands:
Requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, and stooping. Ability to reach above shoulders as needed.
