Huff Consulting is seeking a dependable and professional Office Assistant to support our team in the office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and proficient with office tools and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Manage and update client accounts

Respond to emails and manage inboxes as needed

Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reports, tracking, and documentation

Provide general administrative support and assist with daily office tasks

Maintain digital and paper filing systems
Qualifications:

REQUIRE Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Strong phone and email communication skills
