Administrative Assistant (Temporary Assignment)
Job Description:
Position Overview:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing travel, tracking tasks, and supporting team operations. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.

Manage and prioritize executive schedules to ensure optimal productivity.

Organize and facilitate executive meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure materials are ready.

Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistical support.

Prepare, submit, and manage expense reports.

Order and maintain department supplies and inventory.

Track and follow up on projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with cross-functional team members and departments.

Manage and execute special projects as assigned.

Build and maintain positive relationships across the organization.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration (preferred).

13 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other relevant software tools.
