Administrative Assistant (Temporary Assignment)

Position Overview:

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing travel, tracking tasks, and supporting team operations. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.

  • Manage and prioritize executive schedules to ensure optimal productivity.

  • Organize and facilitate executive meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure materials are ready.

  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistical support.

  • Prepare, submit, and manage expense reports.

  • Order and maintain department supplies and inventory.

  • Track and follow up on projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members and departments.

  • Manage and execute special projects as assigned.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships across the organization.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (preferred).

  • 13 years of experience as an administrative assistant.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other relevant software tools.
