Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily operations and support various administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, advanced computer proficiency, and experience with AI tools and social media platforms. This role involves digitizing paperwork, managing spreadsheets, and supporting internal communications and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize digital and physical office records

  • Digitize paperwork and update spreadsheets with accuracy and timeliness

  • Manage and schedule social media content across platforms

  • Utilize AI tools to streamline repetitive administrative tasks

  • Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, data entry, and document preparation
  • Support interdepartmental communication and project coordination

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation software)

  • Experience managing business social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • High attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills
