Assistant Project Manager

 Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:
Gather data about project progress and producing reports
Develop standards and processes
Manage resources for projects
Track and managing project benefits
Responsible for complete documentation; Project Vision, Project Charter, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Service Level Agreement, Contract for Services, Project Scope Statement, Planning Risk Evaluation Checklist, Project Plan, Project Quality Plan, Project Change Management Plan, Change Request Log, Deliverable Acceptance, Project Close Out and etc. 
Deliver training and mentoring project team members
Sprint management according to Agile practices such as complexity based estimation for Scrum & KANBAN
Tasks prioritization with respect to business priorities
Conduct daily scrum/stand-up and mid-sprint review meeting
Coordination in Designs development with respect to the workflow and user-experience
Explanation of prototype to engineering team with respect to technical aspects and answer their queries
Random feedback collection related to the new feature/module by the users and maintain backlog to improve the next version
Manage dependencies across multiple projects
Reporting on financial information such as return on investment.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors in CS from a reputable university
4-6 years of relevant experience
SCRUM Certification is preferred
PMO Certification is preferred
Expert in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Skills Required:
Experience in working with product management, engineering, and external parties to design and develop technology solutions 
Proven problem-solving ability with complex, technical, and abstract concepts 
Experience in working with product management, engineering, and external parties to design and develop technology solutions 
Ability to devise and implement productivity metrics with Team supervisors.
Experience in working with off-shore development and test resources is highly desirable
