Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintaining the over data and using it to prepare useful reports.

Daily Calls Evaluations.

Live Monitoring.

One-on-one feedback with the Agents.

Huddles

QI Audit

Daily QA related reporting.

Making & delivering presentation on different process.

To help out the management to achieved the tasks of floor KPIs.

Personalized and comprehensive feedback session.

Team improvement plans & meetings of different assigned teams.

Conducted refreshers & different trainings as per requirement.

Other different management tasks.

Qualification & Experience: 
Bachelors from a reputable university.
1-2 years of relevant experience.
