Senior Project Coordinator

 Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:
Gather data about project progress and producing reports
Develop standards and processes
Manage resources for projects
Track and managing project benefits
Encourage (or enforce where necessary) the use of those standards and processes
Responsible for the Sprint plan & management of multiple teams such as Engineering, Brand & Mkt, Administration, Talent Acquisition and HR Ops.
Sprint management according to Agile practices such as complexity based estimation for Scrum & KANBAN
Tasks prioritization with respect to business priorities
Conduct daily scrum/stand-up and mid-sprint review meeting
Coordination in Designs development with respect to the workflow and user-experience
Explanation of prototype to engineering team with respect to technical aspects and answer their queries
Random feedback collection related to the new feature/module by the users and maintain backlog to improve the next version

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors in CS from a reputable university
6-10 years of relevant experience
SCRUM Certification is preferred
PMO Certification is preferred
Expert in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint 
A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 1+ years of experience

Skills Required:
Excellent Product management skills
Ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations.
Ability to devise and implement productivity metrics with Team supervisors
