Head of HR

 Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Reporting to the Executive Manager People, Culture and Safety, the Head of Human Resources will lead and manage the HR and Admin function for the organization, including HR Business Partnerships, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and Recruitment. Implementing contemporary HR policies and practices, you will work collaboratively with the team to bring a best-in-class HR Business Partnering model to the organization. You will work to ensure the HR team is servicing the business in the best way possible to build upon a strong and positive culture.

Qualification & Experience:

Relevant educational background 
Prior Experience in a similar Role 

Skills Required:
 

To be considered for this role you need to have proven experience in delivering positive HR and people and culture outcomes in a complex service delivery organization and leadership in Employee Relations / Industrial Relations and HR with a focus on change and continuous improvement. With a relevant educational background, you will be passionate about implementing best-practice systems and processes, with strong people management skills and the ability to influence across an organization. Your pragmatic and customer-centric approach to business partnering will ensure positive outcomes in line with the Council's values and responsibilities.
