Technical Writer

 Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Write product features, descriptions, tooltips, instructions, manuals and other supporting documents for all products and services
- Write technical documentation, articles, blogs for a software developer audience e.g. API documentation, technical articles on data science, etc
- Research into new technologies & tools 
- Write update log emails to users / customers and coordinate with the marketing team to send out the campaigns
- Prepare FAQs and own the customer knowledgebase
- Write customer service documentation
- Develop, gather and disseminate technical information internally and externally
- Proofread and edit blog posts before they are published
- Contribute to the blog content calendar

Qualification & Experience:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Computer Science, IT & Computer engineering graduates will be preferred
- At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to grasp difficult technical ideas & concepts
- Ability to conduct research independently
