Manager Business Development
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify requirements from customers and match the required Processes to convert the lead to a warm lead / Prospect.
Being involved in interaction with customers at senior levels, will be responsible for identifying opportunities and converting the same to business deals.
Develop QA setup from scratch.
Determine Campaign based KPI's.
Interacting with Technical People/Developers for Specific Requirement of the Client.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Market intelligence - BPO/KPO market feedback and research on existing clients.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
