Technical Recruiter

 Job Description:

  • Design & implement the recruiting strategy
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Define job description and document specifications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's in the relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment

Job Specifications:

  • Sound knowledge of different technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Good problem solving skills
