Investigate product and project existing process in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Coordination with his/her team, QA and Dev
Interview business clients to analyze their business requirements and recommend and design process improvements to their business processes and operational procedures.
Be involved in User Interface (UI) analysis with the team to validate accuracy
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
Ensure all the required documentation
Responsible for all the required documentation; Impact Analysis Document and Gap Analysis Document
Monitoring and manage team performance
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors in CS from a reputable university
6-8 years of relevant experience
A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 4+ years of experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing complex and enterprise-level web and mobile application projects
Understands agile reporting and metrics as well as scrum principles, practices, and theory
Extensive experience leveraging agile tools (Jira, Kanban, etc.) to facilitate scrum ceremonies
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams
