Business Development Respresentative

 Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, both existing and new
  • Search, source, and screen potential businesses, utilizing multiple online resources
  • Build close partnerships with new clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions
  • Manage the process from initial contact to contract signing
  • Conduct thorough research on target business for evaluation / risk calculation
  • Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation
  • Have an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
  • Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates

Qualification & Experience:

  • 2+ years of commercial and retail experience in a call center environment
